Shahid Usmani, M.D., F.A.A.P. Dr. Shahid F. Usmani is a Board Certified Pediatrician who has been in private practice of Pediatrics for over 20 years. He founded Clermont-Ocoee pediatrics in 1991. Dr. Shahid Usmani is on Medical Staff at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Women and Children, Winnie Palmer Hospital, Florida Hospital and Health Central Hospital. Dr. Shahid Usmani has been Chief of Staff at Health Central Hospital from 2003 – 2007. He is currently the Chief of Pediatrics at Health Central Hospital. Dr. Shahid Usmani completed his residency in Pediatrics at Long Island College Hospital and Nassau County Medical Center in New York. Dr. Shahid Usmani is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Shahid Usmani specializes in all aspects of Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine including children with special needs, behavior disorders and Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder.   Shaista S. Usmani, M.D., F.A.A.P. Dr. Shaista S. Usmani is Board Certified in Pediatrics and Neonatology.  Dr. Shaista Usmani was an associate professor of Pediatrics at Cornell University School of Medicine in New York, and later with University of Florida at Gainesville for over 18 years prior to joining Clermont-Ocoee Pediatrics in 1994. Dr. Shaista completed her residency training in Pediatrics at Kings County/ SUNY Brooklyn, and Neonatology fellowship at North Shore University/Cornell University Medical Center in New York. Dr. Shaista Usmani is on the medical staff at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Women and Children, Winnie Palmer Hospital and Health Central Hospital. Dr. Shaista Usmani specializes in all aspects of Pediatric Medicine especially in the care of high-risk and premature children as well as behavior disorders and Attention Deficit Disorder in children and adolescents.   Dr. Amra Gavric, M.D. Dr. Amra Gavric is our newest associate. Dr. Gavric completed her medical education in Bosnia and Herzegovina and finished her residency training in pediatrics from Metropolitan Hospital in New York in 2007. She brings with her an extensive experience in Family Practice and Pediatric Medicine from her native Bosnia. She specializes in all aspects of Pediatric Medicine from newborns to adolescents.   Wellington Esquea, PA Mr. Wellington Esquea, PA specializes in Pediatrics and has practiced Pediatric Medicine for the past 15 years. Mr. Esquea is a Doctor of Medicine from the Dominican Republic and was trained as a Pediatrician in the Dominican Republic. In the United States he was trained as a Physician Assistant specializing in Pediatrics. Mr. Esquea has been with Clermont-Ocoee pediatrics since 1997. He specializes in all aspects of pediatric medicine especially with school age children and adolescents. Mr. Wellington is bilingual and brings a special perspective to our Hispanic patients.
